Commonly asked questions about Iconic Framework's open source license. Iconic Framework is released under MIT license and is copyright 2020 Codify Pro. Boiled down to small chubnks, it can be described with the following conditions.

It requires you to:

  • Keep the license and copyright notice include in Iconic Framework CSS when you use them in your work

It permits you to

  • Freely download and use Iconic Framework, in whole or in part, for personal, privavte, company, interna;, or commercial purposes
  • Use bootstrap in packages or distributions that you create
  • Modify the source code
  • Grant a sublicense to modify and distribute Iconic Framework to Third parties not included in the license

It forbids you to:

  • Hold the authors and license owners liable for damages as Iconic Framwork is provided without warrenty
  • Hold the creators or copyright holders of Iconic Framework liable
  • Redistribution any peice of Iconic Framework without proper attribution
  • Use any marks owned by Codify Pro in any way that might state or imply that Codify pro endorses your distributions
  • Use any marks owned by Codify Pro in any way that might state or imply that you created the Codify Pro software in question

It does not require you to:

  • Include the source of Iconic Framework itself, or of any modifications you may have made to it, in any redistribution you may assemble that incliudes it
  • Submit changes that you make to Iconic Framework back to the Iconic Framework project (though such feedback is encoureged)
